We are here to ensure that despite your pelvic health issues, you can continue to exercise safely. We specifically tailor Clinical Exercise programs for women with pelvic health issues so that you can continue to exercise safely, in a supervised environment where you have an individualised program to address your needs and goals.

Pre & Postnatal Care

During pregnancy it is important that your physio considers the safest treatment options for you and your baby. We have “belly pillows” so that you lie face down for hands on treatment comfortably throughout your pregnancy and will provide advice on optimal resting positions and exercise options. We also offer pre and postnatal Clinical Exercise to help keep you strong and active.

During or after pregnancy compression garments may be recommended by your Physio or Obstetrician. For your convenience, we stock and fit SRC and Solidea pregnancy and recovery shorts, keeping a variety of sizes on hand.

Our aim is to help you:

  • Have a comfortable pregnancy
  • Ensure you are well prepared for birth
  • Manage common issues in the postnatal period
