Clinical Pilates
GLA:D Certified Physiotherapist
Dry Needling

Completing her studies at La Trobe University, Bella graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Masters of Physiotherapy Practice in 2019. Inspired by multiple physiotherapists that helped her throughout her gymnastics career, Bella had her heart set on becoming a physio from an early age.

Bella is incredibly passionate about Pilates-based rehabilitation where she holds qualifications through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute.  She seeks particular enjoyment in seeing the smiles on her client’s faces when they feel empowered to move freely again. In the process of helping her clients achieve their goals, Bella provides a hands-on approach for pain relief combined with progressive exercises along the way.

One of Bella’s values is to continually grow in her own professional development, leading her to gain certification as a GLA:D program supervisor for clients with knee and hip osteoarthritis. Bella also works closely with a network at Melbourne Orthopaedic Surgeons, assisting clients in the post-operative recovery following foot or ankle surgery.

Bella has a caring disposition and relates very well with her clients due to her trustworthy nature.  She is extremely dedicated in her ability to work through client concerns tailoring treatments to ensure positive outcomes.

Outside her work as a physio, Bella enjoys Pilates and yoga classes, wining and dining, reading a good book and cheering on her partner during his footy games.  Bella is also partial to a bit of retail therapy!
