A physio’s expertise lies in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Your Physio will complete a thorough physical examination to determine the cause of your issue and the optimal plan for your recovery. Treatment might involve hands-on therapy, dry needling, advice, home exercise and group exercise where appropriate. If you need an x-ray or scan your Physio can arrange a referral for this.

What do I wear to my appointment?

Wear something that is comfortable and easy to move in.

How long will my appointment take?

We will allow 40 minutes for your first appointment. Review appointments are typically 20 minutes lone.

Can I claim using my Private Health insurance?

Yes, if you have Physio extras your Private Health Insurance rebate can be claimed on the spot. Your rebate amount varies depending on your fund and level of cover.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

No, you can attend a Physio without a referral.

Can I use my Medicare Care plan?
