Tyler studied at La Trobe University, graduating with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science before continuing his study and receiving a Master of Physiotherapy in 2019. He is a big believer in having a growth mindset and loves listening to each person’s unique story to enable collaborative work with his clients. His friendly, caring and holistic combined approach of hands on and hands off physiotherapy helps empower client’s personal growth and recovery.

Tyler has a wealth of experience working with junior athletes and he has been immersed in elite sport for over 10 years. First, as an athlete who has represented Australia in Squash and then as a high-performance coach in multiple sports including Squash and AFL. He is committed to helping others enjoy and improve their movements, sport and life.

Beyond sport, Tyler has an in-depth understanding of lower limb injuries such as the knee and ankle and is passionate about working with clients to achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys training and competing in squash, running, cycling and golf. This passion for fitness is equally matched with a passion for New York Baked Cheesecake.

Adrian started the Hartwell Physio practice in 2007. Born and raised in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne, he completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at La Trobe University in 2000.

Adrian started his Private Practice career with Hawthorn Physiotherapy Clinic, physiotherapists for the Hawthorn Football Club (AFL), and spent his time there dealing in the management of acute sporting injuries.

Adrian has great diagnostic skills, and employs a range of therapeutic techniques in dealing with his diverse clientele. He has also developed a strong network of Melbourne’s Orthopaedic surgeons from his AFL days, and continues to work as the exclusive physiotherapy provider at the weekly post-operative clinics run by Mr Otis Wang & Mr Sasha Roshan from the MOS Group.

Away from the practice Adrian enjoys spending time with his son Isaac, daughter Darcey and wife Amber. In his spare time he is a keen runner.
