Tessa graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice. After a sporty childhood of her own, Tessa was drawn to physiotherapy as she wanted to help others return to their favourite activities. Throughout her studies, Tessa worked as the Sports Trainer for a local VAFA football club, treating those with acute sporting injuries.

Tessa is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to ensure their treatment is tailored to their individual needs. She is extremely caring and strives to make her sessions as enjoyable as possible. She uses a combination of hands-on and exercise-based therapy to manage any flare ups and prevent its recurrence in the future. She is confident in incorporating Pilates or strength and conditioning into your rehabilitation as appropriate.

Tessa has a keen interest in treating sports-related injuries, particularly of the lower limb. However, Tessa enjoys treating the wide variety of conditions that come into the clinic! She is currently completing further training in treating running-related injuries.

Outside of work, Tessa loves going to the gym or to Pilates, as well as heading outside for a run. She will also spend her weekends finding the best cafes and restaurants in Melbourne!
