GROUP SESSION CANCELLATION POLICY

We require a minimum of 6 hours’ notice for all cancellations/changes:

• If you cancel/change your class more than 6 hours’ before the start of your class, you have the option to book a free makeup class within the next 7 days (class availability permitting) or your class will be charged to your package and forfeited.
• For no-shows and late cancellations (less than 6 hours’ notice), your class will be charged to your package and forfeited

• In order to keep a permanent place in your favourite class you must purchase a new package when your previous one is completed. Otherwise, another client may take your place.

There is a high demand for our group sessions and many of our classes have a waiting list. Giving our admin team as much notice as possible for cancellations/rescheduling gives clients on the wait list the opportunity to take your place on that day.

If you are unable to commit to a weekly session time, there is the option to attend classes on a casual basis. This means that you can call us on the day you would like to attend to determine if there is an available spot (please note that class spots cannot be reserved for casual clients).
