What is Clinical Pilates? Clinical Pilates is a specifically prescribed program that uses evidence-based exercise intervention as a ‘medicinal’ approach to effectively treat a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions. READ ON
What will group sessions involve? Our small group sessions are supervised by a Physiotherapist and run for 50 minutes. As you improve, your program will be progressed to keep the sessions challenging and targeted towards your needs.
How many people are in each class? Our small group sessions have a maximum of six people per class.
Do you have many classes per week? Yes we have over 30 classes! We offer morning, afternoon and evening classes to suit your busy schedule TIMETABLE.
What are my payment options? Pre-purchase your package of 5, 10 or 20 sessions via credit or debit card to secure your regular class spot. If you have Private health Insurance you may be able to claim a rebate after you attend your classes.
Is Clinical Exercise claimable through Private Health Insurance? Yes if you have Physio extras cover, but aways check with your Private Health Insurer. We have HICAPS, which allows you to claim your rebate directly from your health insurer, and you only pay the gap fee.
Do you have a cancellation policy? Yes, read the policy HERE.
What do I wear/bring to Clinical Exercise? Wear something that is comfortable and easy to move in, grip socks, towel and drink bottle.
What if I can’t attend my scheduled class? As long as you provide 6 hours’ notice, you may book a make-up class within the week to avoid forfeiting a session from your pre-purchased package.

Step 1: Call us on 9889 3903 to book in for your Clinical Exercise Fundamentals sessions (40 minutes)
Step 2: Complete your first 40 minute one-on one Clinical Exercise session with your Physio
Step 3: Complete your second 40 minute one-on one Clinical Exercise session with your Physio
Step 4: Join into a group session!
