Ami completed her studies at La Trobe University. She has worked with multiple sports clubs across Melbourne, including Melbourne AFL/AFLW, NPL Oakleigh Cannons, and currently working with NAB League Sandringham Dragon’s.

Ami has a passion for diagnosing and treating acute sporting injuries. She employs strength and conditioning principles to focus on appropriate exercise prescription and load management to treat conditions for the longer term, rather than just a quick fix. Ami is a strong believer in maintaining balance and hopes to provide positive outcomes in patients to excel at any fitness level – she feels empowered when patients are able to return to doing what they love.

Away from work, Ami enjoys keeping fit by going for a run or a swim at the beach during summer, and skiing during the winter. Equally, she loves traveling and enjoying weekend getaways with family and friends. Ami is also a wine lover – she enjoys drinking it but also discussing certain flavours and aromas.
